This module provides an important overview of generating and viewing data collected during a script run:

  • Using data extracts in the Report Designer module: data can be generated in a variety of formats, from Word (to create mail merge letters), Excel (to view basic data and sort/analyse as necessary) or HTML, to name just a few.
  • Using SSRS: the data can also be viewed in a variety of management information reports in the SSRS module, allowing managers to view important performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Using the Call Manager module to view, quality check and edit the data.

Please note: for users with dialler or telephony integrations may not use this module to view, edit or report on the data collected.  In most instances the dialler will be used instead.  Please ensure you are aware of whether this module or the dialler will be used for analysis.
